 Denselight DL-CLS101B-S1550 type 1550nm ultra-narrow linewidth semiconductor laser a 14PIN butterfly package, the single-mode fiber output, design modulation rates up to 662Mbps. The laser-based external cavity laser design, built-in fiber Bragg grating to ensure a very stable laser wavelength output, ultra-narrow output spectral linewidth, and excellent side mode suppression ratio (SMSR).
